Add publish
Add published date to the article rather than the days. If our articles are plagiarized we must prove when they were published. Date next to our user name would be helpful.

I’m trying to determine the implications that the math function will have on other parts of the site.
Just to make sure I am understanding this correctly, are you simply suggesting a date stamp? For instance, the hours, minutes and days don’t matter – you’d prefer something like “April 17th, 2011,” right?
That can likely be accomplished without too many edits, and I can simply hide the hours and minutes.
Let me know if I am understanding this correctly.

Save a draft copy for articles?
It would be great to be able to save a draft copy of an article. Any chance of that in the future?

This is something that, believe it or not, is going to take a while to build properly. The way that the site is set up, this might be difficult to implement. However, I have this planned, and will start working on it very soon.

Add a TOS Check Box to Editor
In the Seekyt FAQ under 'content guidelines' it says writers must write three articles that adhere to G Adsense terms. My guess is that most people don't read the FAQ thoroughly and read Adsense content terms even less, particularly new writers.
What about adding a check box type of thing in the editor? Something people click before they can publish.
Or a 'checklist' reminder about prohibited content that includes a tip or two (like, hey did you spell check?). I think it's easier to follow content guidelines when they're visible.

There are a few updates for quality and writing that are planned in the next few weeks. I believe that this is particular idea is a great way to try and enforce quality before it’s ever published.
I especially like the checklist. I’ll see about adding some great features like these when the update is made.

As soon as I can figure out the coding, this is at the top of the list. To be honest with you, I’ve tried this more than a dozen times, and each time there were either major security flaws, or else the code was beyond my abilities. I may hire someone to add this feature to the editor in the very near future. Thanks for the suggestion.

Please update members general referal link to show the new homepage with the featured writers and pretty images. It would be helpful when promoting Seekyt.
